KNPB TIMIKA KEMBALI DIUNDANG KAPOLRES MIMIKA

Knpb Timika News : Pada hari ini Rabu 16 Maret 2016 jam 09.00 wpb, Komite Nasional Papua Barat (KNPB) kembali lagi di Undang ketiga kalinya oleh Polsek Kuala Resor Mimika Sektor Kuala Kencana Jl. Agimuga No. 01 Timika. menyangkut kegiatan yang sedang berlangsung di SP 13.

Awalnya para pihak kepolisian memberikan Undangan yang pertama kepada para aparat kampung dan pimpinan Gereja GKII kelasis Yuwaka terkait kegiatan yang di selenggarakan oleh Knpb di SP 13. yang kedua kalinya lagi di undang kepada pimpinan Gereja GKII Jemaat Golgota SP 13 dan ini baru Undangan yang ketiga kali kepada pimpina KNPB Tn. Steven Itlay.

Padahal pada Undangan yang pertama dan yang kedua Para pimpinan Parlemen & KNPB bersama Pimpinan Kapolsek Kuala Bapak PARNO dan Kabinmas polres mimika, sudah bernegosiasi dengan baik secara terhormat di ruangan bapak Kapolsek kuala kencana pada sabtu (05/03/2016) dan selasa 08 Maret 2016 yang lalu.

Tujuan utama dari pihak kepolisian adalah untuk memberhentikan/membatasi kegiatan Campanye Referendum untuk Papua barat di Wilayah Timika yang sedang berlangsung di Rayon Yuwaka SP 13.

Ini baru undangan yang ketiga kali "Para Aparat kepolisian tidak bisa membatasi kegiatan kami,kami akan melanjutkan kegiatan kami sesuai dengan target kami selama dua minggu" Kata Itlay dengan tegas !

Lanjut apa bila para kepolisian masih bertahan untuk membatasi maka para kepolisian sendiri menggunakan alat berat dan dengan persenjataan lengkap turun di lapangan kegiatan pertandingan lalu membatasi kegiatan tersebut. Tetapi para aparat kepolisian tidak merespon kata Itlay.

Biar dengan situasi/ancaman bagaimanapun dari pihak kepolisian kami dari Knpb tidak akan pernah tunduk dan tidak akan pernah kompromi kepada penjajah.sampai akhir titik penghabisan darah. (Wendanax'soon Nggembu Enggilek‎)

Kesaksian salah satu Anggota TNI Yang betugas di kodam 17, Cenderawasih Papua,berpangkat,(SERTU), Nama di Rahasiakan karena, dia bapaknya teman Baik saya, kebetulan beragama kristen, di menceritakan semuanya itu, sambil kita makan Bersama, diruang makan dirumah.( kebetulan saya dengan teman sedang bermain dirumahnya)

Kami sebagai umat kristen sangat, menyesal dan terganggu, bikah ada kekacauan di papua. karena yang bermain dibalik kekacauan itu semuanya dari atasan kami, yang bertugas di kodam XII Cenderawasih, maupun di Pusat.

Kami sebagai anak Buah, selalu berdoa supaya Papua, Cepat Merdeka, supaya Kita Pulang Kampung, aman, setiap anggota TNI kalau di tugaskan di Papua pasti selalu pikir 2 kali, baru mereka datang, Karena.

1. Masyarakat Papua Sangat tidak suka kalau orang yang berseragam TNI, kita bersusaha untuk mendekati mereka secara Damai, sangat sulit, kecuali dengan ancaman, pemanggilan Paksa, dll.

2. Di Papua ada banyak Malaria, kalau bertugas di daerah pedesaan, pasti hampir 70 % semua prajurit sakit Malaria, ada yang langsung meninggal dunia, di Papua ada juga karena di papua tidak tertolong lalu kirim ke daerahnya, baru meninggal, tapi ada juga yang tertolong setelelah berobat secara intensif.

3.sebenarnya Kami 100% mengetahui Bahwa semua orang Papua itu Mau merdeka, entah itu pejabat sipil, Militer. kami telah mengakui bahwa bisa umunkan OPM adalah sebuah nama organisasi, tapi kami tidak Mengakui OPM di publik karena, kami sebagai pelindung negara, sehingga hanya bisa mengumumkan bahwa mereka itu, KSB,dll.

4.Kita Mati banyak dalam pertempuran antara TNI dan OPM,karena kami belum kuasai medan sementara mereka sudah sangat kuasai medan sehingga, kami selalu Mati konyol, Kalau kami pergi berpatroli, buli badan kami selalu merinding dan takut,nanti sampai di kota baru baru merah legah.

5. kami sangat sulit untuk mendeteksi, yang Mana OPM dan yang mana Masyarakat Biasa, karena mereka semuanya sama, sehingga kalau ada anggota kami yang di tembak Mati maka sasaran kami selalu pada orang Papua, Yang penting mereka itu rambut keriting dan Kulit Hitam, enta dia itu masyarakat biasa atau OPM diurus dari belakang.

6. kami sebagai anggota TNI AD selalu Bahwa Papua Cepat Merdeka,supaya Kita bisa pulang.

TENTARA INDONESIA, MENEMBAK MATI WARGA SIPIL DI NABIRE

Warga sipil atas Nama Jhon Agapa, ditembak di bagian Perut oleh Militer Indonesia Kopassus, pada 19  september 2014

NABIRE--- Anggota Tentara Negara Republik Indonesia (TNI) satuan  Komando Pasukan Khusus (Kopasus) yang bertugas di Nabire kembali menembak mati warga sipil atas nama Jhon Agapa, kejadian tersebut terjadi pada 19 september kemarin, hingga saat ini Jenasah masih  di RSUD ruang mayat, hal ini dikabarkan oleh aktivis kemanusian dan Aktivis KNPB Crew wilayah Nabire.

Jhon Agapa ditembak mati di daerah kilo meter 74 jalan raya Nabire ke Paniai, tanpa alasan yang jelas langsung anggota militer melakukan penembakan kepada korban.

Sehingga, korban mengalami peluru menembus dari rusuk belakan kanan menembus kedepan, bagian depan bawah hingga usus keluar. korban di bawah ke rumah sakit nabire untuk otopsi.

Selanjutnya, menengai kronologis Tempat kejadian Perkara hingga sampai detik ini belum ada, jika ada kami akan kabarkan.

Dan sumber lain juga dikabarkan bahwa, "Mereka tembak kami pakai senjata besar yang bisa lipat itu. Satu orang pakai baju putih dan satu orang baju hitam. Tidak tahu tentara atau polisi karena mereka tiba-tiba dari belakang antrean mobil, kayaknya dari mobil belakang," tutur Natalis Tigi. dilansir majalahselangkah.com

Natalis bersaksi, "Senjata pertama tembak saya. Tapi, saya lari masuk ke kali dan peluru kikis saya punya rambut. Kalau saya tidak tunduk, pasti saya duluan mati kepala tembus. Dia (Videlis Agapa) di belakang dan kena peluru dari tulang belakang tembus di perut dan dia mati."

Lebih lanjut ia berkisah, "Itu jalan di atas jadi, kami lari ke bawah, ke kali. Mereka dua posisi di atas. Dari atas tembak ke bawah di bawah jembatan. Untuk kami yang lain lari sembunyi. Itu kami tidak lawan apa-apa, mereka langsung main tembak."

Petrus Dogomo, Natalis Tigi, dan Sariawagi mengatakan, mereka ditembaki sekitar 6 kali. "Ada banyak kali tembakan, kira-kira enam kali begitu. Kami takut dan lari ke kali, jadi tidak hafal berapa kali tembakan. Setelah melakukan tembakan, mereka kembali," kata Petrus Dogomo.

Sumber lain, warga di KM 74 mengatakan, di wilayah itu tidak ada orang lain. "Di sana itu tidak ada orang lain yang punya senjata. Yang ada senjata itu ya, kita tahu semua to, TNI yang jaga perusahaan milik Dewa Krisna dan pos Tentara Nasional Indonesia (TNI) dari Batalyon 753 di KM 100," kata sumber itu. 

Kepada sejumlah personil TNI yang datang ke RSUD, aktivis Hak Asasi Manusia Papua wilayah Meepago, Yones Douw secara spontan mengatakan, "Ini bagaimana pak. Palang jalan saja ditembak mati begini. Biasanya ada peringatan satu, dua dan tiga. Mereka ini bukan binatang, ini manusia pak." 

Siang tadi, mayat Videlis (Jhon) Agapa yang telah disemayamkan di RSUD Nabire sejak kemarin itu telah dimandikan dan dimasukan ke dalam peti mayat. Keluarga telah membawa pulang mayat ke rumah duka di kelurahan Siriwini Nabire.

Mengapa Videlis (Jhon) Agapa Ditembak Mati?

Natalis Tigi menjelaskan, pagi harinya, Kamis (18/09/14) sekitar Pukul 05:00 waktu setempat, sebuah mobil yang melaju di komplek pemukiman KM 74 menabrak seekor babi milik korban, Videlis (Jhon) Agapa dan babi itu mati. 

"Kami ini sudah lama tinggal di sini (KM 74: red). Kami punya rumah, kebun, ternak babi semua ada di sini," kata Petrus Dogomo.

Dijelaskan Petrus, korban (Videlis Agapa) bersama sejumlah pemuda, Natalis Tigi dan Sariawagi tidak terima dengan kejadian ini. Apalagi ternak babi bagi orang Mee adalah ternak berharga dan bernilai tinggi. 

Dijelaskan, pihaknya sepakat untuk memalang jalan utama di KM 74 dan meminta uang suka rela kepada para sopir yang melintas di jalan itu untuk ganti rugi.  

"Kami hanya minta suka rela saja. Orang lain, tabrak anjing saja palang dan minta bayar besar. Ini tabrak babi, kami hanya minta suka rela," kata dia.

Kata dia, pagi harinya mobil dari arah Nabire ke pedalaman lewat banyak. Begitu pula sebaliknya dari arah pedalaman. Tetapi, kata dia, mulai agak siang, dari arah pedalaman ke kota mulai berkurang. 

"Pas jam 3 (Pukul 15 waktu setempat), banyak mobil datang dan antre panjang ke belakang. Saat itu, tiba-tiba dari belakang antrean panjang itu dua orang datang bawa senjata dan tembak kami," kata dia. 

Videlis (Jhon) Agapa (36) tewas ditempat dan meninggalkan 3 istri tercintanya, Petronela Dumupa, Nella Giay, dan Rokesia Goo. 

Kapolres Nabire Akui Videlis (Jhon) Ditembak 

Kapolres Nabire, AKBP Tagor Hutape ketika dikonfirmasi majalahselangkah.commelalui telepon selulernya siang ini, membenarkan kejadian ini. 

"Kemarin, kami ke atas pak. Saya, Pak Dandim, dan Danyon. Sekitar jam 10 ada palang. Pas sekitar jam 12 siang ada dua orang, satu pakaian putih dan satu pakaian hitam, turun dari mobil dan lakukan penembakan itu," tutur Kapolres. 

Lebih lanjut kata AKBP Tagor Hutape, "Mereka dua (Pelaku) kembali ke arah pedalaman. Satu jam kemudian ada laporan bahwa ada yang meninggal di tempat kejadian. Tadi malam kami bawa ke RSUD Nabire dan sudah otopsi sudah pasti luka tembakan itu," kata dia. 

"Yang jelas itu luka tembakan itu pak," katanya. 

AKBP Tagor Hutape mengatakan, pihaknya sedang mendalami pelaku penembakan. 

Kapolda, Pangdam, Komnas HAM Diminta Ungkap Pelakunya

Willem Agapa, keluarga korban, mendesak Pangdam Cenderawasih, Kepolda Papua, dan Komnas HAM RI untuk segera mengungkap kedua pelaku penembaan ini. 

"Kami mau pelakunya harus diungkap ke publik. Kami mau keadilan karena orang palang saja ditembak. Ini di luar batas kemanusiaan," kata Willem yang juga anggota DPRD Kabupaten Nabire. 

Istri pertamanya, Petronela Dumupa, dengan air mata berlinang meminta penembak suaminya ditangkap dan diberikan hukuman sesuai perbuatannya.

"Kami tidak pukul atau bunuh orang. Kami punya babi ditabrak, jadi kami palang untuk minta sumbangan suka rela dari mobil yang lewat untuk ganti rugi. Tapi, mereka langsung tembak suami saya dan mati. Saya mau orang bunuh ini ditangkap, saya mau lihat dia dan dia punya istri dan anak-anak," kata Petronela Dumupa dengan meneteskan air mata. Tni-Polri: Lima Warga Puncak Jaya Dihilangkan

PuncakJaya-- Hingga saat ini, 5 warga dihilangkan oleh aparat Tni-Polri. 2 di antaranya adalah siswa SMP dan Siswa SMU. Laporan tersebut langsung disampaikan warga Papua di Tiginambut kepada wakil ketua DPR Propinsi Papua, Yunus Wonda (Papua Pos, Komentar Yunus wonda). hal yang serupa pun dilaporkan oleh PW pada kami, via selulernya. menurut PW, mereka sedang merilis siapa nama-nama korban secara detail.

Menurut PW, situasi di Puncak Jaya, Khususnya di Tiginambut sangat mencekam bagi warga setempat. Warga tidak bisa lagi melakukan aktivitas seperti biasanya. masyarakat sangat ketakutan dan panik, karena setiap warga yang dilihat gondrong rambutnya dan lainnya, dicurigai kemudian dilakukan introgasi. menurut PW, warga di Tiginambut bahasa indonesiannya kurang lancar, sehinggga, dengan bahasa yang salah, justru dipakai sebagai kesempatan untuk dilakukannya intimidasi terhadap warga setempat. ketika ditanya, bentuk intimidasi seperti apa yang dilakukan aparat, PW menjelaskan, todongan senjata, kemudian tendangan dengan sepatu laras, dan dipukul pakai pantatas senjata. dan hal itu dilakukan berulang-ulang.

Terkait akses media, PW menjelaskan, Semua media, baik media Lokal, Nasional dan internasional dilarang masuk ke Tiginambut. Daerah itu diisolasikan, sehingga tidak ada media yang berani menulis hal yang fakta di Tiginambut. Melihat situasi seperti ini, pentingnya laporan warga menjadi kunci atas situasi yang terjadi di puncak jaya. 

Sampai saat ini, situasi di Tiginambut dikabarkan sangat mencekam. Aparat terus melakukan suiping. Banyak masyarakat yang tidak melakukan aktivitas mereka seperti biasanya. 

Menyikapi situasi seperti itu, dan karena Pangdam membantah pernyataan Yunus Wonda terkait hilangnya 5 Warga tersebut, maka Yunus Wonda memberikan undang kepada para pihak, baik NGO, maupun Gereja untuk segera membentuk tim Investigasi bersama tuk memastikan kebenaran kejadian di Tiginambut, Puncak Jaya.

Sementara, dalam pernyataan Pangdam Cenderawasih, Mayjen TNI Christian Zebua, Kamis, 30 Mey 2013, pada Papua Pos, "Isu itu tidak benar. Saya juga sudah mengirim tim investigasi ke sana dan sampai sekarang informasi itu tidak jelas."

Wakil ketua DPR Propinsi Papua, Yunus Wonda masih berpegang pada laporan masyarakat Tiginambut. Yunus meyakini bahwa apa yang dilaporkan masyarakatnya adalah hal yang benar, sehingga penting dilakukan Investigasi lebih lanjut. 5 Warga yang dihilangkan tersebut, sebelumnya mereka ditahan aparat, kemudian disiksa dan dibawah.

BUPATI BARU MERESMIKAN POS POLISI DI DANAU PANIAI

PANIAI-- Seperti dilaporkan oleh masyarakat setempat, pada hari  jumat 17 mei 2013 pukul 12:00 waktu Papua Enarotali Kabupaten Paniai,  Bupati Paniai  Hengki Kayame secara resmi  membuka dan meresmikan Pos Polisi di Danau Paniai.

Setelah dibentuknya Kabupaten Administratif Paniai berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah RI No. 56 tahun 1996 maka sejak tahun 2001 terbentuklah Kabupaten Paniai yang definitive. Kediarv Kabupaten Paniai baru,  dipimpin Bupati definitive sejak tahun 2012 oleh Naftali Yogi dan Derek Pakage sebagai Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Paniai periode 2007 – 2012. Belum ada Pos-pos yang di buat oleh Tni-Polri seperti sekarang ini.

Saat ini,  secara resmi buka pos-pos keamanan dengan alasan untuk menjaga  Tpn-Opm wilayah Paniai Pimpinan Komandan Satuan Daerah (K.Sad)  Jhon M.
